About the role:

We're looking for an AI Transformation Specialist to help drive AI adoption across the organization. In this role, you'll work closely with different departments to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, automate processes, and enhance decision-making. You'll lead AI initiatives from idea to implementation while ensuring employees are equipped to embrace new ways of working.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify business processes that can be optimized through AI solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into AI use cases.
• Lead the implementation and rollout of AI-powered tools and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Operations, IT, and Business Leaders.
• Design and deliver AI awareness sessions, workshops, and user training.
• Support change management and user adoption throughout AI transformation projects.
• Monitor AI initiatives, measure impact, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.
• Ensure AI solutions align with company policies, governance, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in digital transformation, process improvement, project management, business analysis, or AI-related roles.

• Strong understanding of Generative AI tools and their business applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude).

• Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving organizational change.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
