Somewhere in a factory, someone is about to reach into a running machine. Your video can prevent the accident.

Akdo makes safety trainings and videos for some of the world's largest industrial companies. No slide decks, no stock photos: short, sharp videos about what really happens on the factory floor. Our AI tool writes the script, generates the scenes and cuts the video. You tell it what to do, and you make sure the result is right.

Tasks

What you'll do

• Turn real accidents into short videos.
  A forklift hits a worker in a blind corner. A hand gets caught in a conveyor belt during cleaning. The customer sends us the accident report. You figure out what happened and why, ask the customer when something is unclear, and turn the report into a 2-minute video.
• Show how it's done right.
  How to switch off a machine safely before repairing it? How to change a blade without cutting yourself? How to set up a machine without skipping the step that matters? You turn dry procedures into clear, step-by-step videos a new hire can follow on day one.
• Direct the AI.
  You create scenes with AI image and video tools and keep them realistic: the right machine, gloves and helmet where they belong, hands where they'd really be. The same worker looks the same in every shot. When the AI gets something wrong, you tell it exactly what to fix so the customer finds nothing to be corrected.
• Shape the tool you work with.
  You'll use Akdo's video editor every day, more than anyone else on the team. When something is slow, clunky or missing, you tell our engineers directly, and often see it fixed within days. You test new features before customers do. Your feedback goes straight to the people who build it.
• Work across the team.
  You build demo videos for our CEO Max before meetings with big companies, often on short notice. You work on customer projects with the team. And you use our video editor every day and tell our engineers what's slow or missing.

Requirements

You are a fit if

• You've edited videos before, in any tool: Premiere, Davinci, Capcut or whatever
• You've gotten consistent, detailed results out of AI image or video tools, and can show us.
• You notice details and spot what’s off: a missing glove, a machine that doesn't move that way
• You like fast turnarounds and changing priorities, or you ask questions until they make sense
• You understand things quickly and think for yourself. You don't just accept what the AI gives you.
• Your English is excellent. German is a plus.
• You're available full-time for 6 months.

A background in communications, media, journalism, psychology, design, film, or anything where craft matters is a plus — but we care more about curiosity than credentials.
