We are looking for a skilled professional to help manage and optimize our **AI Caller Agent system **. This role combines ** technical setup, system management, and sales-oriented communication **, making it ideal for someone comfortable working with both software and AI voice technology.
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor AI voice caller agents
- Work with automation workflows built in n8n
- Configure and optimize AI voice systems using ElevenLabs
- Create, update, and improve conversation flows for voice agents
- Troubleshoot issues related to calls, responses, or integrations
- Develop and refine call scripts for better engagement and results
- Monitor call performance and suggest improvements
- Handle basic system updates and adjustments when needed
