We are looking for an AI Workflow & Agent Builder to join our central Operations team and grow with us as we build an AI-native company.
Reporting to the Head of Operational Intelligence, you will work alongside our Operations sub-departments to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to building practical AI-powered solutions.
We look for a hands-on, curious builder: someone who enjoys experimenting with new tools and is eager to turn ideas into working solutions. You do not need to come from a traditional engineering background. What matters most is that you have already built something with AI (even if it's a personal project) and that you are hungry to learn and grow fast.
You'll contribute to building big varieties of solutions from Agents / Agentic Systems / Connectors to automations, copilots, integrations, and workflows that help shape the way the operation team of Unobravo works.

What You'll Do
Drive AI adoption within the Operations team by elevating AI literacy and empowering team members to actively participate in the creation, orchestration and continuous improvement of AI agents.
Map & Diagnose: Get involved with internal teams to understand how they work, spot repetitive or inefficient tasks, and flag opportunities where AI and automation could help, always alongside more senior team members.
Agents and Agent orchestration for the team and potentially contributing outside of the team: contribute to the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions, including:
workflow automations
AI copilots and internal assistants
reporting automations
integrations between existing tools and AI platforms
lightweight internal tooling
Typical tooling may include: OpenAI / Anthropic APIs, Make, Zapier, n8n, spreadsheets, databases, and SaaS integrations.
Support & Translate: Help bridge the gap between technical solutions and non-technical teams. You can explain what you built and why it matters in simple, clear terms.
Document & Enable: Help document processes, contribute to internal playbooks, and support teammates in adopting new tools and workflows.
✅ Must-have
First hands-on experience building agents and agentic orchestration systems: personal projects, university work or freelance experience all count. Show us what you built.
Problem-solving attitude: you enjoy figuring out how things work and finding smarter ways to do them.
Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate and train non-technical people.
Eager to learn, iterate and grow in a fast-moving environment.
