馃挰 Role Responsibilities
- Accurately enter shipment information into the client's system and validate details for precision.
- Respond to any operational issues by correcting or escalating the necessary information.
- Create BOLs for pickups to facilitate dispatch operations.
- Update and monitor load statuses daily and on any specific requested frequency.
- Consult rate sheets to confirm service details and ensure accurate billing and cost management.
- Create billing packets to ensure comprehensive documentation for invoicing.
- Lock jobs to secure shipment and billing records.
- Process client and vendor invoices.
- Distribute client invoices according to the SOPs.
- Fill all needed information on client's customer reports.
- Follow assigned instructions.
- When available, dedicate at least one hour to cross-training or shadowing sessions with different team members of the CWW COL Team.
