Location: Leon, Guanajuato
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 06:30-15:30 hrs
Salary: $20,000 MXN / month

Position purpose:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations within a specific department or functional area. The Team Lead serves as a point of contact for team members, provides guidance and support, and contributes to achieving team goals and overall business objectives
Team Supervision: Oversee the daily operations of a team, including workload distribution, task assignment, and scheduling to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Performance Management: Set performance expectations, monitor individual and team performance, and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and mentoring to team members to support their professional development and maximize their potential.
• Training and Onboarding: Facilitate the training and onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they receive necessary training, resources, and support to perform their roles effectively.
• Problem Solving: Assist team members in resolving complex issues, escalations, or customer complaints by providing guidance, facilitating problem-solving discussions, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, such as productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Generate reports and provide insights to management on team performance, trends, and areas for improvement
Qualifications
- 2 years of logistics or dispatch experience(preferably)
- Leadership experience (desirable)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in tracking tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- No incidents or administrative processes in the last 3 months
