Air Freight Pricing Specialist (m/f/d) - Vecsés

·Manage end-to-end air freight pricing activities, including spot quotes, tenders, and ad-hoc requests

·Analyze market rates and airline service levels to ensure competitive and profitable pricing

·Maintain and continuously update rate databases and pricing tools

·Coordinate with airlines, agents, and internal stakeholders to secure optimal buying conditions

·Support sales and operations teams with timely and accurate pricing solutions

·Monitor pricing performance, margin development, and hit ratios against defined targets

·Identify opportunities for cost optimization and rate improvements

·Ensure pricing compliance with company guidelines, customer agreements, and market standards

·Participate in internal pricing reviews, procurement initiatives, and process improvements

·Contribute to achieving commercial and operational KPIs through proactive pricing support

·Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent industry experience

·Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the air freight industry, ideally in pricing or operations

·Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a commercial or execution-focused role

·Familiarity with market rates, procurement, and airline service levels

·Fluent in English and Hungarian (written and spoken). Any additional language is highly appreciated and considered a strong asset
