This role works in tandem with the family’s current full-time nanny, either through a split schedule or potentially transitioning into a ROTA-style arrangement depending on the right dynamic and candidate preferences. The schedule guarantees a minimum of 40 hours per week while allowing for flexibility and teamwork between both caregivers to ensure seamless coverage and support for the household.
