Grand Mercure Bangalore offers 126 suite style rooms with in-built kitchenettes. Our rooms offer the privacy you want but with the luxury and indulgence of a hotel. These suites are modern, tasteful and relaxing, suiting purposes of both leisure as well as business. Bright and spacious, they also include flat screen televisions, DVD players, music systems, Wi-Fi and 24 hour room service.

Grand Mercure is known for its passion for food and wine. Dining is always a culinary experience with ‘The Verandah’, our Global Cuisine restaurant and ‘By The Blue’, our poolside RestoBar which offers inspired Indian cuisine.

We are seeking a visionary and analytical  AM-Revenue to join our team at Grand Mercure Bangalore.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the development and execution of revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and inventory across all channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and historical data to forecast demand and make informed pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the management of distribution channels and partnerships to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust reporting system to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
  • Implement and optimize revenue management systems and tools to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Present revenue performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in hotel revenue management to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Drive the hotel annual budgeting process and ensure adherence to financial target

 

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field is required
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of extensive experience in revenue management within a five-star hotel establishment or equivalent field, demonstrating a proven track record of exceptional performance.
  • Comprehensive expertise in advanced revenue optimization strategies and techniques is essential.
  • Superior analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into strategic, actionable plans.
