AM Sales Manager

Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. The technology and electronics company offers a wide-ranging portfolio that makes mobility safe, exciting, connected, and autonomous. This includes sensor solutions, displays, braking and comfort systems as well as comprehensive expertise in software, architecture platforms, and assistance systems for software-defined vehicles. 1. Lead quotation team to do New business acquisition, order intake
2. Define responsible customer/sales strategy and implementation
3. Responsible for commercial topics(price, delivery, sample, productivity, etc)
4. Sales planning at responsible customers.
5. Accountable receivable/ R&D reimbursement
6. Maintain good customer relationship

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or above degree,   Master degree is preferable.

2. Engineering background is preferable, ADAS knowledge/experience is a plus.

 3. Excellent English language skills is a must, German or Japanese is a plus.

4. Fast learner, good communication, open to new things.

5. Skillful in MS office

6. 5 years or more work experience in global leading supplier company.

7. With good understanding on Chinese OEM and good customer relationship
