AM - Sales & Tendering | Transmission Line/Substation | Gurgaon

We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join our sales and tendering team in Gurgaon with tender and costing experience in TL and SS projects for INTERNATIONAL & SAARC region. The role would involve:

• Bid Management & Costing: Lead end-to-end techno-commercial bidding with accurate cost estimation using data-driven frameworks, vendor/subcontractor databases, competition analysis, and continuous improvement from execution feedback.

• Strategic Growth & Innovation: Improve bid win rates, drive cost optimization, adopt digital/AI tools.

• Client Engagement & Intelligence: Develop strong client relationships, maintain bid calendars, track pipelines, and tailor strategies based on client behaviour and upcoming opportunities.

• Process Excellence & Governance: Establish structured bid processes, ensure compliance, conduct multi-level reviews, risk assessments, audits, and deliver timely management reporting and win-loss insights.

• Business Targets & Order Book: Support order intake goals, align bids with profitability targets, and strengthen project pipeline for overall business growth.

• Team Development & Capability Building: Mentor teams, promote knowledge sharing, and enhance technical and functional skills through exposure and continuous learning initiatives.

Requirements

Experience : 15+ years

Location : Gurgaon

Education: B.Tech/B.E

Preferred Notice Period: 30 to 45 days
