Job Summary
The Ambulatory Nurse Manager is responsible and accountable for overall strategic and operational planning, operations. The role is responsible for evaluation of care, treatment and services provided by all unit staff members and others i.e. providers, ancillary staff, and students. The Ambulatory Nurse Manager serves as a positive role model and sets the tone for the clinic’s reputation and performance. The Ambulatory Nurse Manager provides 24/7 leadership and management in the areas of customer satisfaction, provision of safe & effective care, fiscal responsibility, human resources, patient advocacy, performance improvement.Qualifications:
* BSN, Bachelors Degree in Nursing
* Four (4) years or more experience in Ambulatory
* Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
* Basic Life Support (BLS)
* Registered Nurse in State of Georgia
