🎓 Perfil requerido:
- Educación: Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales (Indispensable), Maestría en Informática Administrativa (Deseable).
- Experiencia: 3 a 5 años en empresas manufactureras, con alto nivel de interacción.
- Conocimientos técnicos: Manufacturing PRO, infraestructura IT, bases de datos, configuración CISCO, ERP, telefonía, servidores, Active Directory.
- Herramientas: SAP, GLPI, AS400, QAD, ILO, Windows Server, SQL.
- Idioma: Inglés avanzado.
🛠️ Responsabilidades principales:
- Soporte a sistemas de negocio (Mfg-Pro) y operación diaria.
- Gestión de Help Desk y dirección a usuarios.
- Desarrollo y difusión del Plan de Recuperación de Desastres IT.
- Cumplimiento de políticas IT (ISPM), ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 y 14001.
- Auditorías internas, inventario de hardware/software y mejora continua.
- Trabajo colaborativo con el área central de IT.
