What You Will Do *

• Item Task Control (ITC) Processing
• Review and prepare required data and inputs for the Cost Roll process.
• Validate material, labor, overhead, and other relevant cost components prior to processing.
• Coordinate with Site Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to resolve data or costing issues.
• Perform or support Cost Roll processing in the JDE E1 system.
• Review and validate Cost Roll results and investigate significant variances or exceptions.
• Assess and document the financial impact of Cost Roll changes.
• Coordinate corrections for items with inaccurate or incomplete costing information.
• Maintain supporting documentation, audit evidence, and process trackers.
• Monitor completion status against the Cost Roll timeline and escalate issues that may impact timely completion.
• Support post-processing validation to confirm that updated costs are accurately reflected in the financial and operational reports.

What You Will Learn

• You will develop a better understanding of how standard costs are established, updated, and reflected in the financial and operational systems.

Qualifications You Must Have *

• Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting
• Basic understanding of standard costing, inventory valuation, material costs, labor and overhead.
• Experience with JDE system is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate cost variances and data discrepancies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data validation, lookups, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data accurately.
• Strong communication and coordination skills when working with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Site Finance teams.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet strict Cost Roll timelines and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and understand ERP costing processes, system transactions, and standard cost methodologies.
• Ability to work independently while escalating issues appropriately when needed.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, or Oracle, particularly in costing and inventory-related processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve costing processes, controls, and automation opportunities.
