Anesthesia Specialist with DHA

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Anesthesia Specialist with a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license to join our dynamic medical team. The Anesthesia Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality anesthetic care, ensuring patient safety, and contributing to excellent perioperative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough preoperative evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement anesthesia plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Administer anesthesia safely during surgical procedures, monitoring patients closely throughout.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive perioperative care.
• Manage postoperative pain and monitor recovery from anesthesia.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with DHA regulations and hospital protocols.
• Stay updated with the latest anesthetic techniques and best practices.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completion of residency in Anesthesia.
• Valid DHA license for anesthesia practice.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience as an Anesthesia Specialist.
• In-depth knowledge of anesthesia techniques and patient monitoring.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a multidisciplinary team.
