Antenna Design Engineer (ADE) – Skill Level 3

The Antenna Design Engineer provides advanced expertise in antenna engineering and electromagnetics to support system design, simulation, and performance optimization across multiple antenna platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform electromagnetic simulations using HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, FEKO, or XFdtd
• Analyze antenna performance including gain, radiation patterns, beamwidth, and polarization
• Develop technical reports assessing design and installation performance
• Recommend design improvements to optimize operational capability

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in antenna design, fabrication, and testing
• PhD may substitute for 2 years of experience

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
