Overview
Lewis Brisbois, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a talented and motivated mid-level Associate Attorney with 2-7 years of antitrust experience to join our growing Antitrust & Competition Practice in Washington, DC.
Our Antitrust & Competition team advises clients navigating the complex landscape of federal and state antitrust laws and regulations. We represent businesses across a broad range of industries in high-stakes litigation, government investigations, compliance matters, merger reviews, and strategic business counseling.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling a variety of antitrust and competition matters, including litigation, regulatory counseling, government investigations, merger review, and compliance issues. Experience with matters involving price-fixing, bid-rigging, monopolization, exclusionary practices, supply restrictions, market allocation, and other competition-related issues is preferred.
Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, superior research and writing skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience managing complex matters in a collaborative team environment. Judicial clerkship experience and experience interacting with federal agencies are a plus.

Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in Washington, DC, or eligibility to waive in
- 2-7 years of antitrust and competition law experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Experience handling antitrust litigation, counseling, investigations, and/or merger review matters
