人才條件：
- 具備金融保險專業知識；客戶管理、業務拓展等能力。
- 大學(含)以上，金融保險相關科系尤佳
- 具3年以上保險／銀行或金融相關經驗尤佳
- 具人身保險業務員、投資型保險商品業務員、外幣收付之非投資型人身保險資格證照尤佳
