An Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Intern supports the organization’s day-to-day financial operations by assisting in the accurate recording and control of incoming and outgoing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assistant in the administration and control of raw material and finished product inventory, as well as supporting the identification of locations and improvement of the warehouse.
- Identifcation and entry of locations into the system.
- Capture of components in the locations defined in the system.
- Participation in physical inventory counts (cycle counts and total counts)
- All activities related to movements that affect inventory
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
knowledge: Basic excel level and Oracle E1
Initial formation: Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Scholarship: bachelor’s degree student in business administration, accounting, or international business
Languages: Basic English Spoken & Written.
