• Gap Analysis & Technical Specifications: Identify technical gaps and draft detailed technical specifications for MTSB dashboards in Qualys.
  
  

• Vendor Follow-up & Coordination: Assist during the implementation phase and conduct follow-ups with external vendors.

• Testing & User Feedback: Collect feedback from testers, coordinate testing phases (UAT), and execute necessary modifications and improvements.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of requirements, specifications, and project progress.

Requisitos mínimos

• Experience: Hands-on experience with Qualys (specifically managing dashboards, VMDR, or asset management).

• Functional/Technical Analysis: Demonstrated experience gathering business/technical requirements, identifying gaps, and writing technical specifications.

• Testing & Quality Assurance: Experience supporting testing phases (UAT), gathering tester feedback, and driving change requests.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Ability to coordinate between internal technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

• Languages: High level of English proficiency (written and spoken) for international team collaboration.

• Frameworks & Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or ITIL frameworks.
