Title: Appian BPM Developer

Skills Required

Position 1:

· Total: 2-4+ years of JAVA/J2EE Genuine experience.

· Candidates will be evaluated on the technologies that they have worked with and their ability to pick Appian quickly.

· Candidates must be willing to be in Ohio for initially time period of 3 months minimum to take certification and work on some internal Appian projects to get some hands-on experience in Appian. Hence, they will be deployed on customer projects after 3 months. This time can be decreased by 2 months depending on the adaptability of the candidate.

· During the training and certification period, they will be in Dublin, OH.

· After training, for deployment, they have to be open to relocate to any part of the USA.

Positions 2:

· Minimum 5 years of Java development experience with any of the BPM tool.

· Candidates will be evaluated on the technologies that they have worked with and their ability to pick Appian quickly.

· Candidates must be willing to be in Ohio for initially time period of 3 months minimum to take certification and work on some internal Appian projects to get some hands-on experience in Appian. Hence, they will be deployed on customer projects after 3 months. This time can be decreased by 2 months depending on the adaptability of the candidate.
