- Develop technical and administrative activities, aiming to deliver the best solutions/proposals to our customers and contributing to full operation and achievement of the goals of the Department.
- Keep the organization and cleanliness of the laboratory and pilot plant.
- Lead and oversee the student worker in ordering, receiving, controlling, preparing, and dispatching samples of the company's products.
- Request the purchase and control reagents, ingredients and materials used in the Department.
- Perform physicochemical analyses in the company's products when necessary.
- Perform colorimetric analysis in applications done, products or any other material as necessary.
- Take pictures of applications done and other necessary material for reports and sales tools.
- Assist or perform applications of products in different customer’s bases, according to pre-established specifications seeking the best solutions.
- Prepare technical reports for clients (internal and external) relating to applications and tests done, including photos and colorimetric evaluation.
- Assist in the execution of stability tests, evaluation of shelf-life and sensory analysis.
- Keep updated electronic systems (or not) adopted by the company to control the samples process, applications and tests.
- Assist Full and Senior Analysts in their assignments.
Qualifications
- Academic formation: Graduation in Food/Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related.
