Application Functional Support

This role operates within an Application Support Team, with primary responsibility for resolving all production-related issues associated with the Application in support of ALMT (Asset Liability Management & Treasury) operations:                                                                                                                                                         

Main Tasks:

• Provide frontline support by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues related to the application application and its ecosystem.                                                 
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance system functionality and user experience                                                     
• Document processes and provide clear instructions for the teams                                                          
• Regularly update support documentation and create user guides                                                           
• Incident management (analysis, resolution, communication)

Technical Skills:              

• SQL
• UNIX
• Ksh/Bash
• Dynatrace, Autosys
• Financial Markets - Transversal Financial Markets                                                    

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English
• French is a plus
