Location & Flexibility

India Hybrid: Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurugram.

This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in Noida/Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Gurugram(1 to 2 times/ week). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices.

The Opportunity

As an Applications Development Technical Team Leader, SAP SD OTC (Order-to-Cash) Functional Lead to join our team. As the OTC Functional Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of order-to-cash processes within the SAP Public Cloud Essentials ERP, in a growing business in the Software and Professional Services industry. You will utilize your strong functional knowledge in SAP Project Systems, Subscription billing, Pricing, Contracts and Order management, Revenue recognition to drive business value and ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will play a key role in the integration of acquisitions onto the TELUS Digital SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and ongoing enhancements of SAP Public Cloud OTC processes in the professional services industry.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and consultants, to gather requirements, design solutions, perform system configuration and ensure successful delivery.

• Provide subject matter expertise on SAP Project Systems, subscription billing, pricing, solution and sales order management and revenue recognition areas.

• Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize order-to-cash processes.

• Configure and customize the SAP Public Cloud OTC module to meet business requirements.

• Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing, and facilitate smooth deployments.

• Provide guidance and support to the project team, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

• Train end-users on SAP Public Cloud OTC processes and functionalities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order-to-cash processes and system configurations.

• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and advancements in SAP Public Cloud OTC functionality.

• 7+ years of experience in SAP OTC functional roles, with a focus on order-to-cash processes.

• Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Project Systems, subscription billing, revenue recognition, contracts, sales and solution orders, pricing in a professional services industry context.

• Proven experience leading SAP OTC implementations and optimizations.

• Excellent understanding of business processes related to order-to-cash, including pricing, contracts, billing, and revenue recognition.

• Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the SAP Public Cloud OTC module.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business scenarios and recommend effective solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.

• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
