Better Engineering is searching for a full-time Applications Engineer to generate quotations for custom machinery. Candidates must hold teamwork and leadership paramount and exemplify a strong work ethic.

9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off), benefits, vacation, 401K, company picnics, overtime opportunities, great working environment, and a brand new building!

Requirements

• Live within a 45 minute commute of Joppa, MD
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 2+ years' experience with Solid modeling (Solidworks preferred)
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• MS office proficiency
