We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Appointment Setter to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging with them via phone and digital channels to schedule appointments that drive our business forward. Your energetic communication skills and customer-focused approach will help build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to warm and aged prospects
• Follow up through phone, text, email, and social channels
• Maintain an organized pipeline and consistent follow-up cadence
• Track activity, notes, and outcomes within the CRM
• Participate in team sessions and maintain visibility within the organization
• Work toward daily and monthly performance targets

• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
• Comfortable using multiple outreach channels (phone, text, email, social)
• Confident on camera and willing to be visible in team environments
• Self-disciplined and able to stay productive in a remote setting
• Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Motivated by performance-based earnings and growth opportunities
