The Apprentice will assist Foreman with job site prep, tool use, and cleanup while performing physically demanding roofing tasks in varied weather conditions. Key Responsibilities
- Use of various hand and power tools (wrenches, pliers, snips, knives, caulking guns, etc.).
- Assist the Foreman with job site setup and maintenance, cleanliness and management of tools, and materials.
- Travel regionally and nationally up to 3–4 weeks at a time.
- Perform physically demanding roofing tasks in varied weather conditions.
- Operate a smartphone and communicate effectively via email; Spanish bilingual a plus.
- Full-time role with over-time opportunities.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Prior roofing or related trade experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Ability to operate handheld technology such as tablets and/or smartphones
