Apprentice Mobile Smart Repair & PDR Technician

We’re looking for an ambitious and hands-on Apprentice Mobile Smart Repair & Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician to join a growing automotive repair business and begin building a long-term career in one of the industry’s most valuable specialist trades.

This role combines hands-on repair work, technical training, and mobile operations support. You’ll be exposed to a broad range of cosmetic repair techniques while developing the precision, attention to detail, and professionalism required to succeed in the automotive repair industry.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for the automotive industry and interest in vehicle repair work

• Strong willingness to learn hands-on technical skills and complete an apprenticeship

• Reliable, hardworking, and motivated with a strong work ethic

• Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

• Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and practical repair processes

• Ability to follow instructions and learn from experienced technicians

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

• Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with customers onsite

• Current driver’s licence preferred

• Interest in Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) and cosmetic vehicle restoration highly desirable
