Position Details

• 8 - 10 hour shifts per day
• Local work in Saskatoon

Key Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing scopes for commercial and residential projects in Saskatoon.
• Along with the site foreman, ensure quality control and customer service excellence.
• Install and repair complex plumbing systems, water heaters, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for plumbing installations.
  
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and work to resolve them.
• Enforce company safety protocols, policies, culture and promote a positive work environment.
• Follow manufacturer specifications for repairs and maintenance.
• High attention to detail and producing top quality workmanship.
• Keep work sites clean and organized to ensure a safe working environment.
• Mentor and supervise apprentice plumbers.
• Provide friendly and professional service, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.

Key Requirements

• Prior residential plumbing experience is required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, and techniques.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
