Summary of Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling reservations and bookings

• Provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities
• Assist with checking guests in and out
• Manage incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information

Requirements

• Open exclusively for Indonesian citizen
• Minimum 1 years' experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Diploma in Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
