Arabic R&D-Food Formulation

Taj HR is seeking an innovative and motivated Arabic R&D - Food Formulation Specialist to join our research and development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new food products, enhancing existing formulations, and ensuring that all products meet dietary and cultural standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to formulate and improve recipes and contribute to product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine food formulations that align with Arabic culinary traditions and dietary needs.
• Conduct research on food trends, consumer preferences, and nutritional standards.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to ensure product safety and quality.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and consumer testing for new products.
• Document and report findings, providing insights for product development decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, food safety standards, and technology advancements in food formulation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in food formulation or product development, preferably in Arabic cuisine.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in food science principles and techniques.
• Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
• Solid knowledge of food raw materials
• Strong understanding of Arabic flavors and ability to create formulations that meet market demands
