About the Role

Responsible for developing information technology architecture solutions in integrated process, applications, data and technology to meet AIA's business needs

• Lead the architecture, design, and governance of enterprise AI platforms, including Copilot solutions, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) platforms, Agentic AI systems, and AI-powered business applications.
• Define end-to-end AI solution architecture covering LLM integration, knowledge management, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, API gateways, security, and observability.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and enterprise architects to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
• Engage with business units across underwriting, claims, marketing, distribution, operations, and IT to identify AI use cases and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and establish enterprise AI architecture standards, governance models, and best practices for responsible AI adoption.
• Drive technical evaluation and selection of AI technologies, foundation models, cloud services, and AI development frameworks.
• Define RAG strategies, knowledge ingestion pipelines, prompt engineering standards, agent orchestration patterns, and multi-agent collaboration frameworks.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, reliability, security, compliance, performance, and cost optimization.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical design discussions, proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, and innovation workshops.
• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure successful delivery and operationalization of AI solutions.
• Partner with DevOps, MLOps, and platform engineering teams to establish CI/CD, LLMOps, model monitoring, evaluation, and deployment practices.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and regulatory developments, incorporating relevant innovations into the enterprise AI roadmap.
