Architect

Our client, a real estate company, provides affordable housing for middle income earners without compromising on quality.

Purpose of the position:
Creating designs for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments.
Utilisation of specialist construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to
design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.

• Designing- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
• Approvals- work closely with the legal department in getting building approvals.
• Regular visits to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings.
• Manage and supervise construction sites alongside Quantity Surveyor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of MSc Architecture
• Nigerian Institute of Architects Certification
• Health & Safety Certification
• Minimum, 4 years experience.
