Our client is seeking a Head of Marketing/Commercial (Downstream) who will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across the downstream sector of an organization. This role involves leading teams, developing new markets by winning new airline customers for fuel supplies and driving revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives.
 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives in the downstream sector. This includes market research, competitive analysis, and identifying new business opportunities.
•    Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective targeting
•    Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing and winning new business opportunities, developing pricing strategies, and managing commercial relationships by
•    ensuring that customers are well managed and retained.
•    Lead and mentor marketing and commercial teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective collaboration across different departments.
•    Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients and industry partners, regulators and relevant authorities, b2b and customer service teams, as well as external partners and clients.
•    Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media marketing, and online advertising.
•    Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, pricing, market dynamics, market intelligence and competitive landscape

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s Degree in any similar field
•    4-5 years of experience working as a Marketing/ Commercial Officer in the aviation/Oil & Gas industry.
