Architectural Engineer (Female)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Architectural Engineer to join our team, with a primary focus on project handover and client delivery processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required standards and are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on project handover and delivery processes.
• Coordinate with site, technical office, and clients to ensure smooth project close-out.
• Prepare and review handover documents (drawings, BOQs, snag lists, etc.).
• Ensure all project requirements and specifications are met before delivery.
• Conduct site visits for inspections and final handover.
• Handle client comments and ensure all remarks are closed efficiently.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all delivered projects.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience.
• Experience in project handover or technical office is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
