What You'll Be Doing

• This position is responsible for managing purchase order disbursements and supporting Accounts Payable operations through SAP, Ariba, and Basware.
• Key responsibilities include processing invoices, monitoring PO-related transactions, ensuring payment accuracy, maintaining vendor records, and supporting overall AP compliance and reporting activities.

What Are We Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of three-way matching (PO, Goods Receipt, Invoice)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication skills with vendors, buyers, operations, and management
• Knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
• Ability to identify and resolve invoice and payment exceptions
• SAP/Basware experience is a plus

Work Environment
Role operates primarily in an office environment with standard business hours.
