Area Manager Automotive Parts and Trade
MSX International supports leading automotive brands worldwide, helping improve repair performance, customer satisfaction, and aftersales operations across 80+ countries.
The Area Manager is responsible for partnering with automotive workshops in our network to help them reach new levels of success. Using our in-house next-generation AI platforms and wealth of automotive data, you will enhance workshop performance, capacity, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales visits and build strong customer relationships with workshop partners
- Analyse sales performance and develop strategies to achieve targets
- Promote quality standards and operational efficiency across the network
- Provide expert advice on spare parts inventory and business improvements
- Implement company business standards and marketing initiatives
- Present proposals, sales deals, and performance data to key customers
- Utilise the CRM platform for lead management, customer relationship management, and sales forecasting
- Monitor, report, and gather accurate market data to inform strategic planning
Qualifications
To be successful in this position:
- Proven experience in the automotive industry (service assistant, parts service, service consultant, technician, or workshop manager)
- Strong sales track record with demonstrated ability to achieve targets in the parts trade
- Excellent coaching, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence others
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms; comfortable adapting to new technologies
- Fluent in German and English
