Job description
As a Catchment support you would help in supervising the daily operations of a company's operation department. Catchment support help ensure the smooth follow and continuation of select services. They often lead their team by example, demonstrating the most effective customer engagement techniques ways and providing feedback on an employee's job performance. Here are other responsibilities they may have:
· Maintain the day-to-day activities and operations of each school
· Interacting with the children, their families, principals and other staff members each day.
· Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 2 year)
· Proficiency in technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
· Ensure that all employees understand and are following the Sherpa Kids systems and procedures.
· Support Sherpa Kids compliance and monitor company policies and requirements.
· Ensure that programmes are run in a professional manner and are fully compliant with all systems and procedures and to support all staff
Qualifications
· Must have experience in managing and leading a team
· SNA Experience
· Own car required and valid Drivers licence
· FAR training certificate
· Knowledge of child development
· Proficiency in English, both verbal and written- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
· Work Permit/ VISA essential (for more than 20 hours a week)
· At least 2 written references checks are required before starting.
