Secure Source International is a growing leader in security technology and remote surveillance solutions. We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Field Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair our remote security equipment throughout the Phoenix area.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and relocate security equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues.
• Visit customer sites and respond to equipment problems.
• Maintain tools, parts, and equipment inventory.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Travel between job sites as needed.
  

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Maintenance, construction, or electrical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV, audio/video systems, or PLCs is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Must reside in the greater Phoenix area.
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds on rare occasions.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
