Art Director

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Art Director to join our Creative Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong conceptual thinking, exceptional visual design skills, and the ability to develop and execute creative advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for advertising campaigns.

• Lead visual direction from concept through final execution.

• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and creative teams to deliver compelling creative solutions.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative ideation.

• Present creative concepts and visual directions to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure all creative work aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.

• Guide and support junior designers and creative team members.

• Coordinate with production teams and external partners to ensure quality deliverables.

• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.

• Stay updated with design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an advertising agency with a strong creative portfolio.

• Demonstrated experience in concept development and campaign execution.

• Experience leading or mentoring junior creatives.

• Strong organisational, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
