$18 per hour - Full Time - Temp to Hire

Milford CT

Monday through Friday - 8a-4:30p

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.

• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

• Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or production issues to supervisors.

• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet production goals.

• Meet daily production targets while maintaining accuracy and quality.

• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• 1+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions or blueprints.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Strong work ethic and reliability
