· Quality: 98% of assembled units meet quality control standards with no rework required.

· Productivity/efficiency: Consistently complete assigned assembly tasks within or ahead of
standard cycle times while maintaining quality standards.

· Safety: Maintain a 100% safety record — no incidents or safety violations.

· Attendance: Maintain 98% on-time attendance with no unexcused absences.

· Attention to Detail: Catches mistakes early and follows precise instructions.

· Manual Dexterity: Skillful with hands and tools; works efficiently with small parts.

· Dependability: Shows up consistently and does what they say they will.

· Work Ethic: Maintains production goals and stays focused during repetitive tasks.

· Problem-Solving: Identifies and resolves minor production issues quickly.

· Adaptability: Learns new assembly tasks and processes as needed.

· Communication: Clearly reports issues to supervisors and is respectful to teammates.

M-F : 6am-2:30pm

This is a direct-hire position with Rockit Motors with no set end date. The initial need is expected to be approximately 4 months, depending on current customer contracts and business needs. As contracts continue to grow, there is a strong potential for this opportunity to transition into a long-term career position with Rockit Motors.
