Key Responsibilities

• Assemble cabinet components including doors and drawers
• Install hardware accurately and efficiently
• Perform tasks along the assembly line to meet production goals
• Package and stage finished products for shipment
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of furniture or cabinet construction preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8–10 hour shifts)
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
