About this role

Job Objectives

Support the end-to-end implementation of talent and leadership assessments through psychometric data management, assessment result interpretation, development recommendations, and consultation with users/internal stakeholders to support talent management and leadership development decisions.

Key Responsibilities

A. Assessment Execution & Coordination

- Manage the end-to-end psychometric and leadership assessment process.

- Coordinate with users/internal stakeholders regarding assessment needs.

- Prepare assessment flows, schedules, and monitor implementation.

- Ensure the quality of administration and validity of assessment data.

B. Psychometric & Assessment Analytics

- Process and analyze psychometric assessment data.

- Interpret individual and group assessment results.

- Identify insights, risk areas, and talent trends from assessment data.

- Develop dashboards, summaries, and analytical reports.

C. Assessment Recommendation & Consultation

- Provide test tool recommendations according to user/business needs and development action recommendations based on assessment results.

- Support discussions of assessment results with stakeholders/management.

- Assist in the development of success profiles and competency mapping.

D. Development & Continuous Improvement

- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of test tools and assessment processes.

- Provide input on enhancing assessment tools/platforms.

- Support the development of talent assessment and leadership assessment frameworks.

E. Stakeholder Management

- Serve as a point of contact for assessment needs from business units.

- Maintain professional communication with internal stakeholders and vendors.

- Provide education regarding the use and utilization of assessment results.

Requirements

Education

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.

- Preference is given to those specializing in Industrial & Organizational Psychology.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the following fields: talent assessment, psychological assessment, assessment consultant, talent analytics, or organizational development assessment.

Preference is given to those with experience: handling clients/users, interpreting work psychology test tools, assessment centers, leadership assessments,

talent reviews, competency-based assessments.

Technical Competencies

- Understanding of work psychology test tools and leadership assessments.

- Able to interpret assessment results, to process assessment and psychometric data, and to generate insights and development recommendations.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Added Value:

- Familiar with dashboard/analytics tools.

- Familiar with psychometric concepts: validity, reliability, norming, competency mapping.

- Familiar with online assessment platforms.
