Asset Control Technician – Automotive (Entry Level, On-Site)

We’re looking for areliable, hard-working Asset Control Technicianto join our automotive operations team. This is anentry-level, physical role—great for someone who likes staying busy, working around vehicles, and getting the job done right.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role supports daily vehicle and property operations. Responsibilities include:

• Processing repossessed vehicles (photos, condition reports, personal property lists)
• Removing personal property from vehicles before transport
• Logging, storing, and disposing of personal property as required
• Assisting with customer appointments
• Organizing the lot and maintaining facility cleanliness

No experience required—we’ll train the right person.

Required:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Basic technology skills (smartphone/tablet use)
• Willing to work overtime when needed
• Flexible with schedule or shift changes

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Standing/walking up to 75% of the workday
• Ability to lift30 lbs or more

Preferred (Not Required):

• Forklift experience
• Basic automotive or mechanical knowledge
• Experience in warehouse, yard, towing, repossession, logistics, or vehicle handling
