We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our Accounting Department and contribute to the smooth and efficient execution of our financial operations. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional who enjoys working in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record, classify, and reconcile invoices, expenses, and ledger accounts.
  • Manage commercial transactions, customer invoicing, and reconciliation procedures.
  • Support monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and tax regulations.
  • Monitor and accurately update data in the MyData platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an accounting or finance department.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and reporting standards.
  • Experience with accounting ERP systems (SoftOne preferred).
  • Familiarity with MyData procedures and related compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of labor law and payroll principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
