We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to strengthen our supply chain. You will be responsible for organizing and optimizing logistics operations, handling invoices, and overseeing electronic delivery documents, directly contributing to our growth and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and monitor orders and shipments.
  • Manage warehouse operations and coordinate deliveries.
  • Handle and process electronic delivery documents (e‑waybills).
  • Collaborate with the accounting department and sales team.
  • Monitor stock levels, prepare inventory reports, and analyze data.
  • Implement best practices to reduce costs and improve delivery speed.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar Logistics role.
  • Experience in commercial / trading companies, preferably in IT/technology.
  • Good knowledge of ERP / logistics software (e.g., ERP systems, WMS).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Very good proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and e‑waybills.
  • Preferably a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good English (B2 level or higher).
