Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations.
• Supervise and support the bar team to ensure excellent guest service.
• Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory, wastage, and beverage costs.
• Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues.
• Support promotions and initiatives to increase bar revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bar or F&B operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and bar operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills.
• Good command of English.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed, and a strong team player.
