You will play a key leadership role in supporting financial integrity across multiple entities, including international components and acquired businesses. The position combines hands-on technical accounting work with team leadership and process improvement in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will collaborate closely with senior finance leaders to strengthen reporting quality, internal controls, and operational efficiency. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will oversee core accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial processes across the organization. You will manage close cycles, strengthen controls, and support financial integration efforts while driving continuous improvement.
- Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and core accounting operations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with timely and reliable financial reporting
- Maintain and enhance internal controls in alignment with accounting standards and company policies
- Prepare audit documentation and support internal, external, and international statutory audit processes
- Coordinate tax-related deliverables, including transfer pricing and regulatory filings across entities
- Manage treasury operations and support financial liquidity and cash management processes
- Partner cross-functionally to improve data accuracy, reporting consistency, and operational alignment
- Lead accounting team members, providing direction, coaching, and performance support
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
- Support integration of acquired entities into financial systems and reporting structures
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support leadership decision-making
- Strong foundation in GAAP and technical accounting principles
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
- Experience in month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support
- Background in multi-entity, high-growth, or complex operational environments is highly valued
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Ability to improve processes, strengthen controls, and drive operational efficiency
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Finance and non-Finance teams
- Experience supporting M&A or post-acquisition integration is a strong plus
- CPA certification preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive ownership mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
- Annual salary range: $135,000 – $160,000 USD (based on experience and location)
