Incorporating behavioural insights in the setup, design, testing and review of human-centric user experiences and digital health interventions
Managing the digital product cycle, including ideation, design and execution of feasibility trials, outcome evaluation, and translation of learnings into deployment‑ready insights and recommendations. This includes leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary tech squad (product, engineering, data, design) to support rapid experimentation, prototyping and evaluation of generative AI‑enabled coaching and personalisation concepts.
Working with cross-functional teams comprising subject matter experts, data scientists, deployment teams and practitioners to develop innovative and practicable solutions

Comfortable acting as an integrator across research, technology and policy rather than a depth specialist in a single domain
Familiarity with behavioural insights and design thinking
Comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of intellectual curiosity and openness to new ideas
Demonstrated ability to quickly build working knowledge in new and emerging health or technology domains
Strong project management skills to support research, experimentation and cross‑functional coordination
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage a wide range of audience
Comfortable as an individual contributor or leading a team
[What we are looking for]
Good degree in any discipline
At least 8 years of total relevant working experience with 5 years of practical experience overseeing and/or managing end-to-end projects including stakeholder management and 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or multidisciplinary teams to oversee development and implementation of end-to-end product cycles or multi-year projects
Practical ground experience and proven track record in applying behavioural insights, with familiarity in design thinking approaches to inform intervention design and testing
Prior experience working in the field of public health, health care, health sciences, research or quantitative domains will be an added bonus
Experience working with AI‑enabled or data‑driven digital products (including generative AI) is a strong advantage
While this role works closely with AI technologies and tech teams, it remains fundamentally a research‑ and insight‑driven role focused on learning, synthesis and translation, with deployment as an outcome of evidence rather than a starting point.
Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
